The Patient Participation Group (PPG) works by building a relationship between the practice and its patients.
The PPG provides a link between the practice to better understand its patients and encourage better healthcare through communication.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare services and involement in the NHS
- Develop improved relationship and communication between practice and patients
- Provide practical support and help implement change and innovation
- Diverse to suit local needs, each group is determined by the needs of the community
